Him Will I Hold Guiltless Before The Lord

Well, this last week was not the best.... Every single lesson that we had planned ended up canceling on us, every single one. Kinda crazy but I mean what can you do about it other than keep going.

We had a great opportunity to got to the Temple!!! Once again it was amazing. So awesome being able to visit the temple and having a super awesome experience. It's always great to visit the temple with the entire zone and get to see everyone.

We also had Zone Conference. I don't think I have mentioned it but we got our new mission president, President and Sister Cluff!! They seem super awesome and sweet. All the missionaries in the zone showed up early and lined up by the entrance so we could all surprise and shake their hands, and say a quick hello. 

Some good news about our area is that Elizabeth responded to us finally and we set up a time to meet with her this week so hopefully this goes well. We have been inviting them to church but unfortunately Cesar has been working and Elizabeth wants to come to church as an entire family. 

We did get a chance to teach Marie again and her entire family which is good. I don't think I talked about this, it's been a while since my last email so I'm so sorry about that. But the lesson went super well. We went in with the intentions of teaching the second half of the Plan of Salvation. We asked if they remember the first half because it has been a while and they didn't remember a whole ton so we ended up teaching the entire thing. It went super well and they asked a ton of good questions and it seemed to be clicking in their head. We have another lesson set up with them this week and hopefully they will be able to come to church this week. To be fair she did just give birth to a super cute baby girl named Luna a couple weeks ago.

I loved a scripture that stood out to me a while ago, it's in 3 Nephi 27:16, it says:

16 And it shall come to pass, that whoso repenteth and is baptized in my name shall be filled; and if he endureth to the end, behold, him will I hold guiltless before my Father at that day when I shall stand to judge the world

Here we have Christ saying that those who are baptized and endure to the end, He himself, our Mediator and Savior saying that he will hold you guiltless before our God. That is a goal that I have, and hope each and every one of you do. That is why I'm here on my mission, to help others stand guiltless on Judgment day. That they will have nothing to worry about when the time comes. But that only comes through Enduring to the end. And that only happens when we diligently seek the Lord in all that we do. 

Me personally, I have been trying to be more Christ- like in all that I do. Between my thoughts, actions, things I say, my reactions to situations, and All that I do. To be more focused and centered on Christ and doing the classic "what would Jesus do". And so far I have seen an amazing change in just simply my peace of mind. And I have felt better about myself and just felt a lot better overall. However I'm not the best at it but I am trying to improve. 

Espero que ustedes estén bastante bien. Se que Dios les conoce, y les ama tanto. El tiene un plan para nosotros, y el plan va a pasar con o sin nosotros. Mi papá deciria "ya sabemos que equipo va a ganar, pues que jersey vamos a usar." Usen el jersey correcto, mejorarse para ser más como cristo, y tratar a crecer sus propios relaciones con Dios!!!
